The Marketing Manager Member Acquisition is responsible for creating and executing the direct to consumer marketing strategy for SilverScript products with the goal of achieving significant growth in new members. Responsible for managing a sizable marketing budget. This role will lead a team to create and execute the direct mail, web, search engine marketing and other acquisition programs to grow the business. The individual will be responsible for strategy, metrics, analytics and forecasting for the programs.
The role will own the digital experience for SilverScript and will set the strategy for a three year web development program
to support prospects, consumers, members, providers and employers.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Direct extensive range of communications to meet marketing objectives and government regulations.
*Track, measure and ensure marketing campaigns deliver a return on investment.
*Create and execute go to market strategy for the SilverScript brand.
* Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns, including – but not limited to – direct marketing, print and broadcast media, digital marketing, sales materials and point of purchase.
*Recruit, hire, and manage internal marketing professionals.
1. 7 to 10 years of years of demonstrated project management experience and facilitation skills with a minimum of 3 years formal leadership experience. 2. Excellent analytical capabilities and demonstrated experience with using data to drive insights and planning. 3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required 4. Expert in Microsoft Excel and databases. 5. Strong experience in calculating and communicating the measurable ROI on marketing activities using analytics tools. 6. Developing presentations to assess the results of existing programs and apply lessons learned to the next campaign. 7. Excellent analytical capabilities and demonstrated experience with using data to drive insights and planning. 8. Demonstrated ability to work as a team player; to develop alternative solutions to complex problems, by thinking outside the box, encouraging group consensus and recommending the best solution. 9. Creativity and flexibility to work through challenges in navigating organizational change and multiple constituents with influence on program including legal, functional business areas, operations and other departments. 10. Project implementation experience that drive insights to business results. 11. Strong written and verbal communications skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively interact across business functions to deliver effective marketing programs. 12. Ability to create presentations that communicate effectively to executive level constituents. 13. Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and work independently with limited supervision. 14. Experience leading through influence rather than through direct reporting relationships. 15. Team-oriented attitude and approach to getting work done is essential as well as the ability to communicate with and manage expectations of people in a cross-functional environment. 16. Candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented in a process-driven environment.
Bachelor Degree required. Will consider combination of years relevant work experience.
