The Medicare Part D Systems Support Analyst is responsible for the planning and analysis of complex business procedures pertaining to the Medicare Part D Enrollment and Billing workflows. Administrates all aspects of projects related to supporting Part D Operations. Provide application support for commercial off the shelf products, such as Facets, FAZAL, Info-Crossing, and others, as well as support in-house developed applications from a reconciliation and analysis standpoint.

Customer support thru the use of Business Systems tools. 10%
REQUIRED SKILLS: 1. Proficient understanding of SQL and all Microsoft Office tools (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio). 2. Project Management experience preferred. 3. Working knowledge of FACETS software strongly preferred. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Motivate others and provide innovative solutions for team improvement.
Education Bachelor’s Degree or years of relevant experience required.
