This individual will play in integral hands-on role in leading the Planning, Analysis and QA functions in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) data warehouse team for delivering all data supporting reporting, business analytics, compliance and privacy requirements. This individual will also be responsible for leading a large team of associates, managers, consultants in a multi vendor ,matrixed environment.
This role requires substantial leadership experience in strategic planning and program management experience in Data management centric environments ( DW/BI,MDM,ODS etc). This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact and collaborate with other IT teams including application development, testing, operations, security and compliance and Enterprise project management office, as well as business customers and external vendors.

Required Qualifications:


EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) required. An advanced degree, methodology certification and/or PMP are a plus. PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE 15+ year’s leadership experience with demonstrated excellence in leading the Planning ,Analysis and Quality Assurance functions in support of large scale data warehouses. 8 + years of experience in working with off-shore development practices, 10+ years of leading project teams of 50+ people including direct and indirect reports. REQUIRED SKILLS 1. Advanced skills in Program/Project management methodologies and possesses the ability to disseminate them to a team. 2. Expert and proven data warehouse/BI professional who facilitates, delivers, supports, and evangelizes all aspects of the data warehouse program. 3. Has strong presentation and collaboration skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation 4. Demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing tasks and resolving issues in order to deliver quality projects on time and within budget. 5. Deep experience in managing change to projects and aligned budgets. 6. Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills. 7. Ability to guide, lead, mentor and facilitate collaboration among team members. 8. Experience with working with offshore/domestic multi-vendor consulting development teams. 9. Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral, listening and writing) skills are required. 10. Exhibits a high energy, strategic thinking, results oriented and global collaborative approach. 11. Working knowledge of the PBM business or Healthcare is highly preferred.
